Fullcheek bits are attached to the mouthpiece and equipped with extended shanks on the top and bottom. This design stabilizes the bit in the mouth and prevents it from sliding sideways. Pressure is applied to the corners of the mouth and cheeks, which facilitates steering and helps the horse better understand contact.
Recommended for horses: young or sensitive horses who have difficulty turning or keeping themselves straight in the frame.
