Suggestions
1. Prices include VAT 25.5% and postage.
2. The rental period can be extended by a maximum of 2 weeks from the original rental period, for an additional fee (fees listed above).
3. Payment is made as an online store purchase, by card payment link, or by bank transfer before the products are dispatched. For consulting packages, payment is made using the same payment method before the consulting service is provided.
4. Test bits are normally used and cleaned before testing. If the bits are returned in the middle of the rental period, no refund will be issued. We also do not issue refunds if a suitable bit is not found during testing. If we send a new bit, we will inform you if you can keep it directly at the end of the rental period. Without our confirmation, the bit cannot be kept directly.
5. If the customer wishes to purchase the tested product, we will order a new product according to their wishes. If the bit or product in question is not available new, we will arrange the purchase separately depending on the situation.
6. New products ordered for purchase must also be paid for before they are dispatched. After rental, you will receive a -10% discount on our online store, which will be applied when placing an order.
7. If the bit/other product is damaged more than normal, has large abrasion or tooth marks, or is lost in the mail, this must be reported immediately to info@equiara.com. Equiara has the right to charge compensation for damage to the bit up to the purchase price of the bit.
8. Rented bits must be dried with a towel after use to prevent immediate rusting. We will charge the customer separately for major rust damage after the rental if it occurred during the rental period.
9. Products must be cleaned and returned in the same condition as they were, excluding normal wear and tear.
10. Damage to products entitles Equiara to invoice the full value of the product, depending on the extent of the damage.
11. Equiara is entitled to compensation if the products are returned in poor condition, i.e., they have not been dried and maintained properly according to the terms.
12. If the bits are lost, you must notify us immediately so that we can contact the shipping company. You may not allow anyone to try the bits without Equiara EQ's permission. We will charge a penalty fee of €80 per bit for unauthorized sub-rental.
13. If the rental terms are not complied with or payment is overdue, Equiara has the right not to send rented or purchased products until payment has been made. Bits and other products will not be reserved for the renter if the invoice is not paid by the due date – they will automatically become available for other rentals.
14. Bits must be returned by post to Equiara:

15. A receipt must be requested for the shipment and, if requested, it must be provided to Equiara; the receipt must also be kept until the shipment has arrived at our premises.
16. The delivery time for a new bit or product varies and will be announced separately when ordering.
17. The suitability of purchasable, try-on, and rented products for the renter's horse is always based on an assessment, which is based on information provided by the manufacturer and the renter. Equiara is not responsible for unsuitability noticed later over a longer period of time / problems caused by a purchased bit. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the suitability of the products during the test period and, if necessary, confirm it by asking Equiara.
18. If rented products are not returned to Equiara at the end of the rental period, Equiara will file a police report with the Finnish police, and the unreturned product must be paid for at a sum corresponding to its purchase price. Unpaid invoices will be sent for collection to KTI Laskutus Oy, from where they will be forwarded to the enforcement process.
