Delivery terms
General
Equiara Oy (Business ID: 3226610-2, address: Sisaruspohjantie 74, 34240 Kämmenniemi) sells products to companies and private individuals with a delivery address in Finland. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and similar deliveries.
Our terms of delivery are valid from 1.12.2021. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.
Products and Product Prices
Product prices are in euros (EUR) and include the current value-added tax, which is currently 24%. Prices do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The prices we state on the pages at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's purchase process. Equiara Oy reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs. Any changes to prices and delivery costs only apply to orders placed after the changes come into effect.
Equiara Oy reserves the right to cancel an order in case of a clear pricing error. A clear pricing error in an online store means that the product's price differs clearly and significantly from its correct price (e.g., if the product price is €0.00). In such a case, the price deviates so clearly from the correct price that the customer is deemed to understand that the pricing information is incorrect.
Equiara Oy reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities.
No unilateral right of cancellation is granted for products manufactured or ordered according to the customer's wishes. In case of cancellation, any costs incurred from the order will be charged in full to the buyer.
Colors
We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the screen perfectly match the colors of the actual products. The colors displayed on the screen depend on the customer's computer settings.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products on our online store's website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and committed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is binding and forms a contract between us in accordance with these terms of delivery, except for what is mentioned later regarding the right of cancellation.
Payment and Payment Methods
We use the Klarna payment mediation service for receiving payments for online store orders. Payment methods in the online store include online banking, debit card, and credit card payments, as well as invoicing options provided by Klarna. Additionally, we use the same payment options from Paytrail Oy.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer and payment service provider of the payment mediation service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier primarily.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unforeseen reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs for domestic orders vary from €8.90 to €20 depending on the delivery method. Orders over €150 are delivered without delivery costs. Orders are primarily delivered according to the selected delivery method, but we reserve the right to change the delivery method if necessary, should it be mandatory for product delivery.
Online store orders can also be picked up from our warehouse by separate arrangement, if pick-up has been chosen as the delivery method. For pick-up possibilities, please contact our customer service at info@equiara.com, as our warehouse is open by appointment only.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver international orders.
Delivery
Equiara Oy delivers company-approved orders promptly and in the order of their arrival. The average processing time for an order is 1-3 business days from sending the automatic order confirmation.
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-3 business days. If products cannot be delivered because they are out of stock, or if delivery is delayed for other reasons, the customer will be informed by email. Equiara Oy is not responsible for any damages caused by exceeding the stated delivery time.
Delivery costs vary according to delivery methods and are visible when placing an order. The online store automatically takes into account any discounts and offers related to delivery costs when placing an order.
The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment within 14 days and to familiarize themselves with the product's washing and care instructions before use. If you notice a defect in the product or suspect that it has been damaged or spoiled during transport, please contact our customer service immediately at info@equiara.com.
Right of Cancellation and Return Policy
Consumer customers have the right, according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, to cancel an order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods. The 14-day cancellation period is calculated from the time of receipt of the goods.
A cancellation notice must be made clearly to our email below and with a written notice provided with the returned item.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and packed for return shipment. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care or has become soiled during testing, the company has the right to charge for depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs. Return payments will be made according to the payment method selected by the customer during the order.
The right to exchange and return does not apply to the following products:
- used bits (without hygiene sticker)
- bits purchased used (e.g., rental bits)
- horse and dog feed supplements and feeds
- customized products tailored specifically for you
If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice to our return address mentioned below. The returning party must, if necessary, prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example, with a return receipt.
When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information, as well as your account number for a refund, in accordance with the return form.
We will similarly refund the money paid for the order without delay in accordance with the consumer protection law. The refund will be made according to the payment method selected by the customer during the order.

Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily through conciliation, so please contact our customer service first to resolve the matter.
If a product has been lost during delivery or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify info@equiara.com as soon as possible, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
