The Fager Julia is a three-piece bit with an innovative copper roller to alleviate tongue pressure and lighten the horse on the bit. The copper roller also activates the horse and makes the bit more appealing, even for picky mouths. The Baucher ring, at the same time, stabilizes the more mobile mouthpiece and helps relax the neck through pressure relief on the bit.

Julia is suitable for horses that:

• Are strong, lean on the bit, or move against it

• Are sensitive to aids but still stiff on the bit

• Feel uneven and difficult to turn or keep straight

• Do not easily accept other bits

The Baucher cheekpiece provides added stability, clarifies rein aids, and especially supports horses that are difficult to ride through or that tend to be slow against the hand.

Sweet Iron enhances taste and salivation, improving bit acceptance.
